Street teams are what we call our GoModels. Street teams make up our guerilla media team by handing out our products to people on the street. They can fall into any demographic that the client desires and can be placed within target locations of that specification. Street teams can be found by subway stations, parks, malls, museums, office buildings, and restaurants, to name a few. Our street team models may carry samples of your product, Go Cards, drinks from our Jet Packs, coupons, and freebies. Our talented street teams aim to capture the attention of passers-by within that split second it takes.
Street teams are used for two purposes:
- to engage consumers and create a memorable experience and
- to hand out branded merchandise and freebies as takeaway items and reminders.
The art of a good street team campaign is giving the people what they want: A free newspaper for the morning commute? Perfect. A branded bottle of cold water on a hot summer day? They’ll never forget you.
Street Teams bring the brand to the people by approaching them in everyday settings on their way to work, home and their recreations. The teams have a small window of opportunity to intrigue people with free samples, free contests, or other premiums!
Consumers are always happily surprised by the goodies, and have something to take home with them.
Street teams are used with great success at tradeshows, outside stores, and on the streets dressed in costumes and handing our branded premiums. It’s experiential marketing at it’s best!
While this technique does not reach the numbers that a television or print ad can, the face-to-face experience creates a longer lasting impact. The consumer has literally been touched by your product and is more likely to relay the experience to a friend and or colleague.
GoGORILLA firmly believes in this form of advertising. By placing Promotional Models in high-traffic areas all over the country, consumers take notice. They not only see the product and service being showcased, but are actually affected by it!
