A Message Convention Visitors Could Not Miss
Qlikview reached convention-goers at the Orange County Convention Center through the use of various guerrilla marketing techniques: GoSIDEWALK chalk stencils, GoPROJECTION, and GoMODELS. Green and white GoSIDEWALK stencils were placed along International Drive by the convention center and the QlikView logo was projected on buildings at the busy intersections near the convention and directly at a hotel entrance to reach convention-goers on their way back to their hotel rooms. In addition, GoMODELS invited convention visitors to the QlikView pool party. The combination of three proven guerrilla tactics made this campaign a full-blown success and made sure that every visitor got the Qlikview message.

GoSNOW - Green, Clean Advertising Ideas That Everyone Will Love
GoSNOW is the newest addition to our GoGREEN campaign options. Our team had fun in the snow after the last snowstorm in New York City and we came up with environmentally friendly ideas to decorate the white landscape. GoSNOWSTAMPS are logos pressed into the snow. They can be placed on the ground, on cars, on mailboxes and many other surfaces. For GoSNOWSTENCILS we use biodegradable chalk spray to place ads into the snow. GoSNOWMAN are snow sculptures placed in high traffic locations. A GoCLEAN Street Team in branded uniforms is everybody’s best friend when it sets out to shovel snow and clear city sidewalks for a safe commute. These street teams create buzz and a positive brand image while helping the community. Once the snow is gone, GoCLEAN Street Teams can do good by recycling, picking up litter, or power-washing sidewalks. A Snow-, Chalk- or Waterstencil™ can be placed to let residents know who cleaned up their neighborhood.

The Sport Shake events featured a branded vehicle, signage, basketball hoops, frisbee games and plenty of Sport Shakes samples to go around. The drink was a huge hit. Kids and parents alike raved about the drink and eagerly performed jumping jacks and push-ups to receive free samples. Our fun GoMODELs worked the events together with the Original Sport Shake Coach in a 70s style tracksuit. The outgoing team got everyone excited about the flavourful sports drink.

GoMODELS – Street Teams Make Face Time and Create Buzz
Personal Interaction With Consumers is Priceless
Go MODELS from GoGORILLA Media are a great way to add a personal touch to your next marketing campaign. This is a great way to launch a new product or introduce a service. Street Teams will meet and greet the public and hand out samples of your product. These Brand Ambassadors are pleasant and professional and will be able to answer any questions regarding the product. GoMODELS are the prefect way to get your product directly into the hands of consumers through interactive guerrilla marketing.
How to Break Through the Advertising Clutter
Today’s consumers are hit with advertising messages all day long and most have learned how to tune it out. GoMODELS are a form of alternative advertising that uses street teams to interact with consumers right in the market place. Brand Ambassadors go to local malls and shopping districts to hand out product samples and talk with the people. It is a kind of guerilla marketing that reaches a huge number of shoppers without the hard sell. They are articulate and enthusiastic and convey a friendly attitude that promotes your product or service in a positive way.
Flash Mobs, Mock Protests and Fun Stunts Take Consumers By Surprise
GoGORILLA trains their GoMODELS to use interesting out of home advertising techniques that surprise shoppers. Some GoMODELS are actors who play specific characters as they bring drama and intrigue to a promotion. They may create a fake protest or a flash mob that suddenly attracts attention on a busy street or in a retail store. One example was a fake protest that was part of Travelocity’s guerilla marketing campaign to support its Gnome Mascot.
GoMODEL Campaigns on National Television
Many businesses like to use this type of alternative advertising to emphasize their message and create a buzz. These kinds of stunts tend to get picked up by traditional media outlets as well as go viral on the Internet. Sometimes GoGORILLA sends their performers and GoMODELS to television shows and they often are successful at getting on camera for product promotion.
Involving Consumers Creates Fun, Longlasting Memories
Other GoMODELS are performers who work to attract attention and are often used at events such as conventions to bring potential clients to a specific booth. They may use a wide range of out of home advertising methods and techniques to entice customers over including fun activities like juggling or card tricks. They also may wear costumes to attract attention. GoGORILLA also uses professionals in their street teams to promote a product or service. One example is free massages, given by licensed massage therapists. In a New York promotion brand ambassadors handed out newspapers to busy workers in the financial district. This turned out to be a very effective guerrilla marketing campaign.
GoMODELS are HOT!
GoMODELS are often models in the traditional sense, whose good looks can attract attention and bring in additional customers. One memorable promotion had street teams dressed as candy stripers that handed out prescriptions for better television service. GoGORILLA street teams of Brand Ambassadors and GoMODELS are a great way to promote a business or launch a new product. The enthusiastic and articulate brand ambassadors can be the main attraction or a great addition to a strong and effective guerrilla marketing promotion.
