GoCLINGS - Richmond, VA Gets a Friendly Reminder
Virginia Department of Health Looks Out for Teenage Girls
In the interest of protecting underage girls in Virginia, Virginia Department of Health helped remind residents that a minor cannot consent to a sexual relationship with an adult. Efforts were focused in Richmond by distributing postcards and hanging clings in local bars and restaurants. The target was the adult male population and had everyone thinking twice: “Isn’t she a little young?”

Weight Watchers doesn’t want you to suffer – they want you to eat, not starve yourself! So in keeping with this philosophy Weight Watchers promoted healthy weight loss with GoCARDS that featured such witty comments as ‘Diets are Mean,’ ‘Go on a Diet Diet,’ and ‘DI*T.’ Coffee shops in Modesto, Fresno, Minneapolis, Tampa, Louisville, and Buffalo all received the quirky little cards and patrons were excited to take the empowering phrases home with them.

Three Cities Discover Freshaire’s Odorless Paint
People in San Francisco, Seattle and Atlanta were delighted and amazed by Freshaire’s revolutionary concept: odorless paint. The paint is the first of its kind to contain no VOCs, and can actually help preserve the quality of the air in your home. Wearing “You Won’t Miss What’s Missing” shirts, GoMODELS took to the streets of the three cities, and over several days handed out the odorless paint samples, as well as postcards.

AAAS Uses GoCARD Custom Distribution for Boston Target
The American Association for the Advancement of Science used Postcard Advertising to reach out to both a college and family target in Boston this holiday season. Using the countertop Postcard Advertising displays of GoCard’s Custom Distribution, AAAS was given prominent placement in 40 Boston venues frequented by college students, teachers and parents. Two different creatives were used, one for the campus and one for the family target, ensuring AAAS reached as many members of its target audience as possible.

The Baywatch Beach Body Workout DVD, based on the hit television show, used both Postcard Advertising and Bar Media to promote its release in 4 markets. In Chicago, Los Angeles and New York, a total of 80,000 GoCARDS were spread throughout our network of venue-based displays in a huge Postcard Advertising effort. In Miami, GoGORILLA distributed fifty thousand GoCOASTERS to twenty bars and restaurants, using Bar Media to ensure huge awareness for a new way to work out while watching TV!

To promote the French Government’s Tourist Office website and a contest to win 35 meals for two anywhere in France (Sacre bleu, délicieux!), Maison de la France used GoCARD’s Postcard Advertising to distribute 5 phonetic French GoCARDS throughout upscale venues in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco. Taking up 5 places in a GoCARD display ensured that this wittily French use of Postcard Advertising had many interested fans.
