GoGorilla Media had lots of fun planning and executing these and many other exciting campaigns.  From branded food trucks to hot exotic dancers in a glass truck, this year’s campaigns made people across the country happy and created many memorable brand experiences.  Social media played a huge role in most of these guerrilla marketing tactics.  To drive traffic to events, GoGorilla promoted them through a large variety of social media outlets.  QR codes were used to engage smart phone users and to give interested consumers access to more information on the spot.

Add Free Custom Tags To Your Campaign

GoGORILLA is now offering advertisers to create and include Microsoft Tags in their artwork free of charge. Tags can be added to any campaign featuring printed media such as postcards, coffee sleeves, placemats, etc.  By scanning the Tag on their smartphones, consumers are directed to the advertiser’s website, shop, or videos on YouTube right on the spot!  Tags are a great way to include online content in your campaign and work with any ad.  Take consumers straight to your shop, sign-up page, sweepstakes, trailers, or any other landing page.  Tags drive traffic to your website and let you measure the success of your campaign, while increasing sales or subscriptions.  By leading consumers to sweepstakes, data collection on the spot can add thousands of new email addresses to your mailing list.  It’s easy! Just download the free app on your smartphone at http://gettag.mobi and try scanning our Tag.

Look how cute!! - Sweeter Than Sweet NY Lotto Coasters

You know that a Bar Media campaign is successful, when patrons try to smuggle the coasters out of the bar to take them home.  NY Lotto’s Sweet Million campaign proved to be very successful in this sense.  Nobody could resist the sweet animals when they were staring up at them from the bar.  The five baby pets depicted on bar coasters caught everyone’s eye and made perfect collectibles.  Many patrons picked their favorite animals and took the coasters with them to show to friends and family.  The coasters were the perfect way to create buzz for the lotto game and to get even non-gamblers excited to win sweet millions.

Bar Media: Reaching Consumers Where They Drink and Wee-Wee

Advertising on the Rocks!

Successful marketers know that they have to go where their target audience spends their time. While traditional promotions may use television and radio to reach everyone, GoGORILLA Media uses non-traditional resources to put together successful guerilla marketing campaigns for their customers. Many advertisers are using Bar Media, one of GoGORILLA’s effective guerrilla marketing strategies, to reach consumers when they are in a relaxed or party mood.

Promo Items to Save Your Seat and Wipe Your Seat

GoGORILLA Bar Media promotes brands on all kinds of fun media including napkins, coasters, stirrers, pint glasses, bathroom ads, toilet paper, soap dispenser or mirror clings. These promotional items are a great way to get your message out in the relaxed or happening atmosphere of a restaurant or bar.   Every meeting place either uses coasters or napkins for their drinks.  GoGORILLA has produced custom branded items for many successful guerilla marketing promotions. They have been used to promote popular television programs, new housing developments, and many other brands. GoGORILLA also offers custom seat savers, which patrons can use to cover their drinks while taking a smoke or bathroom break.  GoGORILLA Bar Media items are visually appealing with stunning designs and colors to make a powerful impact. They are so cool that customers will want to take them home and show their friends.

They’ll Want to Take Them Home

GoGORILLA also uses glassware in their out of home advertising promotions.  GoGLASSES are pint-sized beer glasses that have been used in many guerilla marketing campaigns. These campaigns include promotions for new television shows, entertainment complexes, and radio promotions. They are also a green way of advertising in bars, since they are reusable. Pint glasses are effective, alternative advertising because the message reaches the one holding the glass as well as everyone else in the bar.  You can even put advertising on the bottom of the glass like we did for Court TV’s show “Parko P.I.!”

Ever Feel Like You’re Being Watched?

The idea behind the “Parko P.I” campaign was to give patrons the impression that a personal investigator is watching them.  The bottom of the glasses featured a picture of Parko who was suddenly eye to eye with the consumer drinking from the glass.  In the bathrooms, mirror clings with the message “Ever feel like you’re being watched?” brought attention to the wall cling of Parko strategically placed opposite of the mirror so once the bar patron could see the private detective in the mirror, watching the patron from behind.

Stirred, Not Shaken Please

GoSWIZZLES are another type of bar media from GoGORILLA that is very popular. These drink stirrers offer true “in your face” exposure that cannot be missed.  Like many other Bar Media they are definite souvenir items that people will want to collect and put on display at home or work.

GoPOTTY Reaches Consumers When They Tinkle

GoMIRRORCLINGS are an effective way of advertising in bathrooms.  Clings with funny messages or in custom shapes are attached to bathroom mirrors.  Nobody can miss them because they are staring right into patrons’ faces as they are washing their hands.  Other bathroom advertising ideas include GoWHIZZ Talking Urinals, GoWIPE branded toilet paper, and GoVINYLS on floors or stalls or under hand dryers, and many more fun media that are sure to leave an impression.
