To thank New Yorkers for making the Daily News New York’s #1 newspaper and to advertise its 25-cent cover price promotion, GoMODELs enthusiastically greeted consumers as they began their day at a variety of transit stops in the five boroughs. Free copies of the Daily News were distributed, and modelss directed commuters to nearby news stands where they could find the Daily News for its new low price.
